Service Disclaimer

Garment Care

Laundry Be Gone uses standard washing and drying procedures. While we handle all items with care, we cannot guarantee against color bleeding, shrinkage, fading, or damage due to normal washing or manufacturer defects. By using our service, customers agree that Laundry Be Gone is not responsible for items that are not suitable for machine washing and drying.

Stain Removal

We will make every effort to treat stains when possible, however stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent depending on the fabric, stain type, and how long the stain has been set.

Items Left in Pockets

Please check all pockets before sending laundry. Laundry Be Gone is not responsible for items left in pockets, including but not limited to money, pens, jewelry, or personal belongings.

Loss or Damage Liability

In the rare event of loss or damage, Laundry Be Gone's liability is limited to 10 times the service price of the affected bag or the fair market value of the item, whichever is less.

Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for placing laundry in a secure location for pickup and delivery. Laundry Be Gone is not responsible for items lost or stolen once bags have been left outside for pickup or after delivery has been completed.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is within 24 hours, but may vary due to weather, holidays, equipment issues, or high service demand.

Prohibited Items

Laundry Be Gone does not accept items contaminated with hazardous materials, chemicals, excessive pet waste, bodily fluids, or items that may damage laundry equipment.

Payment Terms

Invoices will be sent after pickup and payment must be completed before laundry is delivered back to the customer.

Agreement to Terms

By using Laundry Be Gone services, customers acknowledge and agree to these service terms.
